Payment, Delivery & Refund Information

Below is an outline of the payment options available when placing an order for purchase. I have included Direct Bank Deposit for your convenience, as I realise some people do not own a credit card.

Please note: Unless you are purchasing a template with the PayPal "Buy Now" button, all other orders for templates and stationery/cards will need to be made using the contact form, detailing the item/s, item name, item code and quantity, you are wanting to purchase, along with your preferred payment method. I will then email you with payment details and the total cost of your order, including P & H (if applicable).

Once your payment has been deposited, please email me with those details.

Payment Options

PayPal

This is available for credit/debit card payments. "Buy Now" button is displayed with each template.

Direct Bank Deposit

"Order" button. This option is available for those who don't have a credit card. You will need to request banking details in your order email.

Delivery

:: Web Templates

All template packages are in a zip file and will be emailed to you as soon as I receive notification of payment and is usually within 12 hours of this notification.

If you are paying via Direct Bank Deposit, you will receive your file as soon as payment has cleared into my account. This is usually within 48 hours of deposit.

:: Stationery & Cards

All items will be shipped via registered Australia Post, unless you specify express post. Please note that express will incur extra charges.

All care is taken and your products will be packaged in cello bags, bubble wrap and either a Australia Post tough bag or padded bag.

Refund Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item due to damage or fault, I will be happy to arrange to send you a replacement or arrange to refund your purchase price as per our 100% money back guarantee.

Please note: Before a replacement or refund can be granted, the faulty/damaged item must be returned within 7 days

In regard to Web Templates, should you not receive your email with the zipped file, please check your spam or junk folder first. Sometimes emails can be allocated to those folders by mistake.
