Terms of Use for Web Templates

By purchasing one of my templates you agree to the following:

1. You do not own the template or graphics, but have been granted a lifetime licence to use them.



2. All graphics and design will remain my copyright 2008 and beyond.



3. The template and graphics are for your use, solely and you are not permitted to sell, distribute, share, seperate, modify or copy, electronically or otherwise, anything included in the package.



4. The licence is granted for a single business or personal website. However, if you are looking at adding a store or blog, you may use the layout and graphics to match your website.



5. My templates and graphics must not be used on sites associated with pornographic, gambling or illegal purposes. If you are found to be using them for any of the aforementioned purposes, you will be issued with a cease and desist notice to remove the template from use.



6. The templates and graphics are designed for family friendly sites only.



7. My credit must stay in tact on all pages you create from the template.



8. Each template is a limited edition, unless otherwise stated that it is a OOAK. Limited edition templates have a maximum of 5 sales, afterwhich they will be withdrawn from sale and replaced with a new design. OOAK is just that, only one template of that design will ever be sold.
